Agreement
By using HEIC to PNG (heic-to-png.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by ITERO LTD.
What the service is
HEIC to PNG is a free tool that converts HEIC and HEIF photos (and other common image formats) to PNG, JPG or WebP. The conversion runs in your browser on your own device; we do not receive or store your files.
Your files and your responsibility
You keep all rights to your files and to the converted copies. You are responsible for having the right to convert and use the files you open, and for how you use the results. Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the website, overload it with automated traffic, or copy the site and present it as your own. The HEIC decoder is open-source software under its own licence (see the About page).
No warranty and liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Keep your original files: always check the result before you delete an original. To the extent the law allows, ITERO LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may change or pause the service and update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@heic-to-png.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute about the site or these terms belongs to the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
